DELIVERY INFORMATION

All the products are delivered by " LA POSTE "

All deliveries are sent to the adress mentionned on the order file and can't be delivered to another geographic region.

Delivery :

For France : 3 to 5 days

For others countries : 5 to 7 days.

All these delays are for information.

If for any reason , the packaging or the products are damaged. The buyer have to refuse the package and make complain to the post office within 2 days.

He also have to send an e-mail at contact@k-loushop.com with his order number within 2 days.
